This hotel was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the luxuriousness of the decor and exclusive amenities. the Spa center was wonderful, and the massage was one of the best I've ever had. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were great spots to relax and soak up some sun. the room itself was gorgeous, with beautiful views and private facilities that made me feel like royalty.
The only minor issue I had was with the service. While the staff was helpful and polite, I did have some trouble with communication at times.

Spacious rooms with plenty of pillows and a high floor. Kitchen and dining area with full-sized fridge and washing machine/dryer combo. Great for families with personal high-chair and extra beds. Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice gym and spa.

The hotel stay at Grande Centre Point was exceptional. The room was spacious and meticulously cleaned, perfect for a family with two small kids. The staff were attentive and accommodating, promptly meeting all of our requests. The location was also ideal, within walking distance of prime shopping areas. this was the best hotel stay I have had in Bangkok.
Felt like a dream, no complaints at all.

This hotel is perfectly situated, just a short walk away from multiple shopping centres making it an ideal location for families. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, boasting facilities such as washing machines and breathtaking views. The service provided is top-notch, quick to respond and goes above and beyond, as seen by the maintenance staff's swift replacement of a faulty washing machine. The decor is classic and sophisticated, making for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
There were some minor inconveniences, such as the thin bedroom slippers provided collapsing too easily.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool and gym were also great, providing a chance to relax and stay active during our holiday. the hotel's location was excellent, being close to shopping malls and within walking distance of a beautiful park.
We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast. It was quite noisy and chaotic, and the quality of the non-Asian food was not up to the standards we expected from a hotel of this caliber.

I found the hotel to be in a great location with easy access to public transport and nearby shopping centres. The staff were always helpful and friendly, making my experience very enjoyable. the facilities were well-maintained and clean, including the pool and gym.
Not obvious to find: some amenities and services were slightly difficult to locate within the hotel.
